Are shipping costs included in the price you quoted?
We will give you our best estimate of shipping at the time you place your order, however your final invoice will reflect the total shipping costs at time of delivery.
Why can’t you give me a shipping date when I order?
Typically we are able to give you a tentative lead time when you place your order. We will notify you again once your piece is queued up to begin being worked on and at that point we will be able to give you a more accurate timeline for delivery.
I changed my mind about something after I approved the final design, what do I do?
That’s okay, we understand! Reach out to us and if we have not begun production we can typically still change aspects of your design. Please note if the change requires a change in materials or additional materials there will likely be a change order.
Why doesn’t your first draft sketch to me capture all the details I wanted included in my piece?
The first draft of your sketch is an approval of the skeleton of your piece, we will go back and add in all the special details you requested after we nail down the overall shape and material of your piece.
I came to pick up my piece at your shop and met the most delightful cat, what was his name?
You met Skinny! Skinny is our neighborhood cat that stops by the shop daily to check in on our progress. He is very friendly and eager to say hello to our customers.
